VI. BOARD APPROVES RESUMPTION OF LISTING FOR BUTTER FUTURES AND OPTIONS CONTRACTS

At its Regular Meeting on June 12, 2002, the Board of Directors approved the resumption of listing of the March and May 2003 and subsequent Butter Futures contract months.

The March and May contracts became eligible for trading on Thursday, June 13, 2002.

The Spot Call Butter Market is not affected.
